The Investigation on the Attitude of the Other Sex of the Disabled Adolescence

Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the attitude on the other sex of the disabled adolescence. It was investigated with questionaire from 74 male students and 36 female students of the tm disabled students¡¯ school in Taegu city. The result of the survey on their actual condition of making friends with the other sex, their concerns and worries about the other sex and thir recognition on sex education was as follows. 1. In association with the other sex, the students who have no friends of the other sex showed the highest rate 55.4% in male, 61.6% in female. In the degree of their acguaintance with the other sex, the studying and club activity with the other sex was highest 41.9% in male and greeting each other when they meet wither sex ms highest 72.9% in female. In the degree of recognition on the association with the other sex, the rate of students who want to get acguainted with as the other sex as possible was revealed hishly in comparison 85.1% in male, 75.0% in female. 2. In the concern or question on sex, their interests on it showed the highest rate 48.1 % in male, 22.2% in female. In their worries on sex, the disturbance of studying or working due to worldly thought of it was highest 22.7% in male and the problem caused in making friends with the other sex was highest 27.8% in comale. 3. The number of the students who agree with the necessity of sex education showed the highest rate 70.3% in male, 75.0% in female. As thd result, it is thought that sex education must be given in the disabled students¡¯ school. The result of x©÷ -test attempted to test the degree of signicant difference between male and female was revealed insignificant in the 5% level.
